Description
89 North & CrestOptics CICERO-LDI 3 Laser Line package transforms your standard fluorescence microscope into a user-friendly high resolution system. The CICERO is a high-performance and compact unit with both confocal and widefield modes. This package includes 3 lasers: 405nm, 470nm, 640nm, and filters: Triple bandpass set for excitation, dichroic, and emission
Single band emission filters: 440/40, 510/50, 700/75. The Crest Optics CICERO Confocal Imager is a complete spinning disk solution with a manual bypass mode (widefield) which can be integrated into any imaging setup, transforming it into a user-friendly and reliable confocal system for the life sciences. The CICERO spinning disk solution delivers fast image acquisition speed and sensitivity, easily enabling live cell imaging and large-scale 3‐D object imaging with 3 laser lines. CICERO’s large field of view allows capture of large samples in a single frame; it also minimizes the number of acquisitions in slide scans. Moreover, its wide spectral range enables a large variety of applications. These characteristics allow CICERO to address both entry-level and challenging applications. A flexible, compact but full-fledged spinning-disk confocal imager, CICERO makes high-end fluorescence imaging accessible to every laboratory enabling a variety of applications. Compatibility with all major inverted and upright microscopes with utilization of full field of view in sCMOS cameras and with a movable disk for widefield imaging. Provided with a Single sealed spinning disk with 50um pinholes and 5-position emission filter wheel, C-mount adapters to microscope and camera and a Field lens matched to your microscope. With FOV up to 22mm and Optical fibers & connectors with fiber bend box, it provides Lateral Resolution (FWHM): ~230nm (100x NA 1.45) and Axial (FWHM): ~600nm (100x NA 1.45). Control with Software from μManager, VisiView®, Volocity, CellSens, and an SDK available for integration, TTL control and serial conversion. Each package has been meticulously crafted for effortless integration into diverse imaging setups, promptly transforming them into reliable and user-friendly confocal systems.
