ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS
Microscopy has come a long way since the days of Halogen bulbs and HBO & Xenon arc lamps. State of the Art LED and Laser illumination are the future for Fluorescence Imaging with instant ON/OFF cycles not causing any degradation and critical control of intensity with simple software or stand alone control provides for fast and efficient illumination with minimal photo damage to samples. Manufactures represented from 89North, Lumencor, Excelitas, CoolLED, and Nano-Dyne provides a wide range of options for all budgets. Solid state Replacement of Halogen bulbs with LED's allows for homogenous illumination with a constant color temperature, while also saving energy and avoiding bulb changes due to the LED’s lifetime of up to 25,000 hours.  Halogen illumination does not naturally come with the constant color temperature that LEDs offer. MICROSCOPE ACCESSORIES
