Description

The Prime 95B 25 mm delivers an extremely large imaging area and combines this with the near-perfect sensitivity of a Backside Illuminated(BSI) Scientific CMOS sensor. The Prime 95B 25 mm sensor converts up to 95% of incident photons into measurable signal, and provides an unmatched 25 mm field of view. The Prime 95B 25 mm is optimally positioned to maximize detection and imaging throughput when mounted on the Nikon ECLIPSE Ti2 microscope.  The extreme sensitivity not only allows fainter signals to be detected, it provides the flexibility to increase frame rates, or turn down the excitation intensity to reduce cellular photo-damage. The Prime 95B 25 mm improves the field of view and maintains the high frame rates and extremely low read noise that has made sCMOS so popular for live-cell imaging.  Outperforming EMCCD cameras, the Prime 95B 25mm Scientific CMOS (sCMOS) camera series includes several back illuminated sCMOS cameras that offer 95% QE with extreme sensitivity and high frame rates.  By bringing the light in from the back of the sensor, photons land directly onto the light receiving surface, maximizing light collecting capability.  Combining this with large, 11 µm pixels results in a camera technology as sensitive as EMCCD with greater stability, faster speeds and no gain aging.  The Prime 95B 25mm features Pattern Noise Reduction Technology and Correlated Noise Reduction Technology to ensure that it delivers clean, pattern-free images with minimal pixel defects, delivering improved image quality in low light conditions.  The Prime 95B 25mm offers two data reduction technologies; PrimeLocate and Multi-ROI.  PrimeLocate can also be extended to offer Live Particle Tracking on the camera, giving early insight into the kinetics of moving molecules for single molecule tracking applications.  PrimeEnhance active denoising provides a real-time quantitative increase in signal to noise ratio by reducing the effects of photon shot noise at low light levels.  Sequenced Multiple Acquisition Real Time (SMART) Streaming enables the Prime 95B 25mm to capture a continuous sequence of images while cycling through 16 pre-programmed exposure time values, delivering the fastest multi-channel acquisition times.  The Prime 95B 25mm also supports up to four expose-out signals and has the capability for an effective.  The Prime 95B 25mm features Pattern Noise Reduction Technology and Correlated Noise Reduction Technology to ensure that it delivers clean, pattern-free images with minimal pixel defects, delivering improved image quality in low light conditions.  Sequenced Multiple Acquisition Real Time (SMART) Streaming enables the Prime 95B 22mm to capture a continuous sequence of images while cycling through 16 pre-programmed exposure time values, delivering the fastest multi-channel acquisition times.
